The suite was perfect, with an airy room and immaculate cleanliness. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom with the bath/wet room was a lovely touch. The selection of breakfast options was excellent, catering to all preferences. The staff were polite, kind, and very helpful. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. We would definitely return here if visiting again.

The hotel offered great value for money with a surprisingly lovely breakfast and excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the main train station and a short stroll to the main square and Christmas markets. the staff were extremely warm, polite, and caring, making our trip especially pleasant.
The communication regarding the discontinued laundry service was lacking. We had messaged in advance, but our inquiry went unanswered, and upon arrival, we were informed that the service was no longer available.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right across from the train station and close to the city center. The hotel is on a tram route, making it very convenient for public transportation. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even adjusting the pick-up time for me when my flight was delayed. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The room itself was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I was particularly impressed with the shower and sink, which had big mirrors and complimentary cleaning products.
